My husband, Dr. Ray Robinson, and I have a son and a daughter.
When did you realize that you wanted to become a Family Medicine doctor?
My realization came when I was working on fishing boats out of Dutch Harbor in the 90s, living in tight quarters with such a variety of people.
What do you want people to understand about the way you practice medicine?
I believe that each person’s health ultimately is in their hands. I can help with diagnoses and recommendations, but it is the patient’s choice in the end. Good nutrition, exercise and quality sleep are keys to health.
